Finally got the replacement barrel for my TWSBI Diamond 580 #FountainPen from the factory.
A notepad with "The Pen of Thesius writes again!" written in green (Pelikan Edelstein Adventurine) ink. The pen itself is uncapped and laid out on the page beneath the text with the nib end propped up on the cap.
