Done with therapy.
Spent our last session talking about “am I being a cultist” with my new found Buddhism obsession. (Therapist says no). I had to go there because of my life long habit of “wanting structure but also wanna stick it to the man”. My mind is good at gymnastics #therapy #MentalHealth #personal
