@Lizzie I do have a therapist I talk to about this stuff. So far today is going much better than last night.

Very familiar with anxiety and panic and here to talk to if you ever need it.

Only good advice is also the most obvious: Take time for yourself. Don't force yourself to do things when you know you can't. The exhaustion builds up and takes a toll. People are generally very understanding in my experience.

@uoou There are some rather urgent things that need my attention, but I'm going to take a day to collect myself before I address them. I wouldn't be doing anyone (myself included) any favours if I attempted to solve this in my present state.
