Upon updating to the latest version of Luanti, it seems that the teleport pad mod is now broken, causing the server to crash. For the time being, I have disabled the modpack.

The issue responsible for this was apparently reported to the maintainer about two years ago and there appears to have been no development work at whatsoever done on that mod in all that time, so I am not hopeful that there will be a quick resolution to this, though I have updated the bug report. It was just a warning at the time.

In the meantime, I will search for an alternative modpack. If I fail to find one, I may be forced to fork the mod.
