I do sometimes watch videos or streams of people playing on other peoples' Luanti or (ew, Microsoft!) Minecraft servers. And it's cute, I like some of the projects.

I have played on servers, it can be fun as a short time activity.

But the idea of putting up with other people in my world, where I make stuff? Having to care about rules or other peoples' territory? Fuck that right into the blocky Sun above the build limit.

Also in my VoxeLibre world, finally moved my farms outside the tower and put up sprinklers/water to harvest crops. It's still annoying to collect & replant.

I may use a mod to get an NPC to do that. There's Testificate villagers, but they suck. I know there's a programmable Maid mod but I don't know how compatible it is. I could use this as a chance to write my own mod, just a programmable gnome.

To avoid dealing with databases and sysadminning, I figured I should set up a village in Luanti.

I grabbed a bunch of stone as a base, but then I found a massive deposit of turquoise so I'm building BLUE, just like Sutter Cane.

Takes a WHILE to terraform everything flat, but I have fences up now. (I ran out of jack-o-lanterns, I'll replace those torches next time).

Horse & chicken spawns might be annoying, but I'll deal with it.

These homedecor items are a LOT of production steps and rare materials! I had to dig down to Y -2000 to get the mese & diamonds for the power cells.

This is Asuna's endgame boss! Recreate the office you actually work from, but clean and well lit.

I'm wondering what I can do about the counters to left. I *could* lower the floor to put the carpet up top, but I'm kinda into the bare loft aesthetic.

Waking up too early means I can't do anything useful until #coffee kicks in. But reorganizing my Asuna blocks into cardboard boxes, I can do that!

Almost added Storage Drawers mod, used it a lot in SurviveTest. But it encourages too much pack-ratting instead of making use of items, and Everness, etc. have too many single items. Cardboard holds 8x3 items each, for 7 paper.

Also enjoy some home decoration I haven't posted before. I want to mod the clock to work!
