@flyingsquirrel the ones we’ve gotten from Herrle’s have been pretty good one day after we’ve got them, great 2 days after, and pretty mushy after that. We’ve started putting them in the fridge and taking them out 1-2 at a time, a day before we eat them. Peach season is my favourite season in Ontario! 😁

No, scrubbing them doesn't help. Peeling them works, but that's way too much work when nectarines are a thing.

It’s the texture that’s unpleasant to me.
They’re delicious, so I would have a peach juice and things like that.

I've been very happy with some fantastic local cantaloupe and watermelon, tho.
