Purchased #DwarfFortress on #Steam but I guess I wasn't paying attention. It's only available for Windows. I guess it's back to ANSI graphics rendered in an X11 window.
Don't get me wrong, I love #NetHack's lack of graphics, but primarily because I can play it over a TTY, which isn't the case here.

•Most "made-for-Llinux" games on Steam use some sort of porting library. And Proton (wine) is now better than pretty much all of those. So don't feel bad using it.
